As has been explained by others, CB is a pretty bad arena that will be popular for like the first three weeks until people realize it sucks and never play it again.

It's probably the most popular form of Arenas...

You keep making claims like CB is a bad/boring arena but never bother to explain why that is. It is possible(though not likely) you have some golden wisdom or gift of foresight but try to explain the reasons to the rest of us mortals.

Just wait until it becomes permanent. Then after a few weeks people will have gotten rid of the enjoyment of the format itself and instead only care about how many points it gets on a title tract. Soon people leave early because the teams aren't the 'composition' that they want, or because one person did something that ticked them off.
Prettymuch exactly like modern RA, only where you have less control of your character. Think about that, its RA where you have less control, what about this seems like a good idea?

Yes , but well then thats quite like War in kryta stuff : people do it then get bored of it after a few weeks ..... Actually costume brawl will be what codex should have been and its better adding a press-go in format than a 4ppl required one.

This is based on assumption. I assume it will stay popular. Especially if Anet changes the skills every 1 or 2 months. Which is very doubtful. But this whole idea is doubtful.

I'd like to see it added permanently, with 4 conditions:
1) Extra steps are taken to reduce syncers.
2) Player builds are refreshed at least once a month.
3) Rate of Capture / Morale is reduced, so making kills is more important.
4) Its own Zaishen Mission is added.

Assuming what you want to conclude requires real ability in logical failure.
You assume things to reach a conclusion - you can't just cut out the middle man. You can assume that A.Net will change a few skills and try to reach a conclusion from there, but that's an unjustified assumption and it won't really help you reach what you want your conclusion to be. It also doesn't help that you have a conclusion you want to get to.
There's nothing to suggest Costume Brawl will stay popular if it were permenent. It's not really balanced, it's uninteresting and the social problems that plague RA will plague CB, especially if they add a title. People like it now because it's something they can only play for a week or two over the course of the year, the issues that surround it just aren't too apparent and nobody cares if it's just a bit of fun.

Alright , is there any pvp format popular atm ? You obviously don't play pvp at all if you think that mode is any fun these days ( or for few months ..) . The point , as other people mentionned , is that it will be what codex should have been . I agree that there probably wont be 10 full districts in that arena after a few weeks , but well , there will certainly be more people than in codex arena atm ....

I wouldn't disagree with keeping some games all year long, but not just as they are.
Instead keeping the costume arena longer, the old Team Arena or the Costume Brawl outposts could be recycled into the Zaishen Games outpost:
- Open all year long excepting during festivals. So people go to the game arenas the festivals hold.
- You get Gamer points all year round, but less than during festivals.
- The game hold in the game arena changes each week.
- The games are not just the games found in festivals, but 'copies' of them, that change mainly the appearance of the arena, to keep the original arenas special.
* Snowball fight-> Mudball fights.
* Dragon Arena -> Norn dodgeball (they play dodgeball with rocks! X) )
* Costume brawl -> Dwarven brawl. The only way you'll ever play as a dwarf in GW, one side has stone summit dwarves, the other side has normal and stone dwarven.
* Canthan Rollerbeetles -> Elonian Centaur races.
- To enter the Game Arena, you must buy tickets with Zaishen coins.
With that, I could agree. Just keeping the festival arenas open makes them less special.

Doesn't sound bad, but the names are a bit... Off if you ask me. Would also take an enormous amount of time to make.

Not really, basically it would be 'paintjob' over the arenas. Nothing new would be made, just reused. Old models, old skills, etc...
And the names are just examples.
Even for the 'mudfight' arena, all you have to do is change the white from the skills to brown, and then rename them.
Ans since the arenas would be closed during festivals, you don't really have to add the resources to support the new arenas, because they would just use those used during festivals when festivals are not happening.

You don't really want to know... let's just call it 'dirtier mud'.
There are worse things than Jarate to throw at your enemies.
Ask the monkeys in the zoo.
